PUBLIC NOTICE Conditional Use Permit | CUP-11-20-7569 “302 SW 16th Street” Parcel # 35-740-05-02-00-0-00-000 Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Planning Commission of the City of Blue Springs on Monday, December 14, 2020 at 6:30 p.m. via teleconference, due to COVID-19 restrictions. The purpose of this meeting is to hear interested parties and citizens on a request by the applicant and property owner, Chad McAtee, to approve a Conditional Use Permit to allow the development of one (1) paired house (two-family dwelling) in the “T3” (Sub-Urban) zoning district on property located at 302 SW 16th Street. The paired house is proposed to be located south of the existing single-family house on the property. Andrew’s Addition, a subdivision in the City of Blue Springs, Jackson County, Missouri; thence South 1 degrees 52 minutes 56 seconds West along the East right-of-way of Webb St. a distance of 67.00 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence South 88 degrees 27 minutes 51 seconds East a distance of 138.50 feet; thence South 1 degrees 52 minutes 56 seconds West a distance of 33.00 feet; thence North 88 degrees 27 minutes 51 seconds East a distance of 138.50 feet; thence North 1 degrees 52 minutes 56 seconds East a distance of 33.00 feet to the Point of Beginning.
