The purpose of this meeting is to hear interested parties and citizens on a request by the applicant, John Broker representing GAP Construction LLC, on behalf of the property owner, Land Bank of Blue Springs, Missouri, to approve a Planned Unit Development (PUD) Concept Plan for the development of 19 single-family houses on the subject 3.83 +/- acre property located south of the intersection of SW Mason School Road and SW 2nd Street.
