PUBLIC NOTICE Variance VAR-06-21-7821 “4204 SW Hickory Lane” Garage Addition Parcel # 42-200-02-34-00-0-00-000 Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Board of Adjustment of the City of Blue Springs on Wednesday, July 14, 2021 at 6:30 p.m. in the Multi-Purpose Room of the Howard L. Brown Public Safety Facility at 1100 SW Smith for the purpose of hearing interested parties and citizens on a request by Aimee Gray, A3G Architects, representing the owner, Lance Tomlin, to approve a Variance request to reduce the side setback from 25-ft. to 8-ft. at 4204 SW Hickory Lane to install an 1,800-sf. building addition with a two car garage and pool house attached via breezeway.
