PUBLIC NOTICE General Development Plan | GDP-06-21-7846 “Mo’ Bettahs” 806 NW 7 Hwy Parcel # 36-430-12-33-01-0-00-000 Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Planning Commission of the City of Blue Springs on Monday, July 26, 2021 at 6:30 p.m. in the Multi-Purpose Room of the Howard L. Brown Public Safety Facility at 1100 SW Smith for the purpose of hearing interested parties and citizens on a request by the applicant, Kofi Addo, Bowman Consulting Group, on behalf of the property owner, Timothy D. Harris, LLC, to demolish an existing vacant restaurant at 806 NW 7 Hwy, formerly Long John Silver’s, and construct a new Mo’ Bettah’s restaurant. The new building would be approximately 2,618 square feet with new parking areas and landscaping.
