Brown Public Safety Facility at 1100 SW Smith Street for the purpose of hearing interested parties and citizens on a request by the applicant, Kyle Yancik, OUTFRONT Media, on behalf of the property owner, City of Blue Springs, for Conditional Use Permit approval to convert the east facing sign from static to digital technology and necessary structural upgrades needed to accommodate the digital face at 1901 NE Jefferson Street (northwest corner of NE Jefferson Street and NE 20th Street).
