Brown Public Safety Facility at 1100 SW Smith Street for the purpose of hearing interested parties and citizens on a request by the applicant, Adam Lyngar representing Cadence Commercial Real Estate, on behalf of the property owner, Enterprises Sunset Plaza, LLC, for the approval of a Conditional Use Permit with Alternative Development Standards for the relocation of a short term loan service business (Advance America) from 802 SW 40 Hwy. to 792 SW 40 Hwy. in the Sunset Plaza Shopping Center. The property is zoned “GB” (General Business).
