PUBLIC NOTICE CITY OF BLUE SPRINGS CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS PROGRAM FY 2023-2024 to 2027-2028 Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Blue Springs, Jackson County, Missouri, will hold a public hearing on Monday, June 5, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. in the Howard L. Brown Public Safety Building located at 1100 SW Smith Street for the purpose of hearing parties in interest and citizens relative to the adoption of the 2023-24 to 2027-28 Capital Improvements Program (CIP). This document is a multi-year plan for maintenance, equipment replacement, and public physical improvements for the community. It sets forth proposed expenditures for systematically constructing, maintain, upgrading and replacing the community’s public facilities. Copies of the draft CIP document are available for review in the City Clerk’s Office from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday at the City of Blue Springs City Hall located at 903 W. Main Street in downtown Blue Springs, MO.
