PUBLIC NOTICE Conditional Use Permit | CUP-06-23-8816 “Jakubec” Parcel # 36-330-04-35-00-0-00-000 Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Planning Commission of the City of Blue Springs on Monday, August 14, 2023 at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Howard L. Brown Public Safety Facility at 1100 SW Smith Street for the purpose of hearing interested parties and citizens on a request by the applicant, Bryan Manning, Manning General Contracting, on behalf of the property owner, Achievement Unlimited Enterprises, LLC, for approval of a Conditional Use Permit to operate a day care in “GB” (General Business) zoning district located east of NW 7 Highway and south of NW Roanoke Drive.
