NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The City Council of the City of Blue Springs, Missouri, will hold a public hearing Tuesday, September 5, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Howard L. Brown Public Safety Building, 1100 SW Smith Street, to receive citizens’ comments relative to the City’s proposed 2023-2024 fiscal year budget. The Budget Message and proposed 2023-2024 fiscal year budget are available for inspection on the City’s website at www.bluespringsgov.com.
