PUBLIC NOTICE Variance | VAR-03-24-9082 “Kabel Street” 904 NW Kabel Street Parcel # 36-430-06-17-00-0-00-000 Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Board of Adjustment of the City of Blue Springs on Wednesday, May 8, 2024 at 6:30 p.m. in the Multi-Purpose Room of the Howard L. Brown Public Safety Facility at 1100 SW Smith Street for the purpose of hearing interested parties and citizens on a request by the applicant and property owners, Thomas & Donna Price, for approval of a Variance to decrease the required side yard setback for a principal structure as allowed by the Unified Development Code at 904 NW Kabel Street.
