Brown Public Safety Facility at 1100 SW Smith Street for the purpose of hearing interested parties and citizens on a request by the applicant, Andrew Wilson, Cedar Creek Inc, on behalf of the property owner, James Evans, for approval of a General Development Plan (GDP-02-25-9484) to construct a pad site building of a total 510 square feet with a two-lane drive-thru to be built on 0.41 acres at 400 NW 7 Highway.
