Brown Public Safety Facility at 1100 SW Smith Street for the purpose of hearing interested parties and citizens on a request by the applicant and owner, Chad McAtee, RC McAtee Construction, for approval of a Preliminary Plat with Alternative Development Standards to allow for the replat of Lot 1B of the McDermed Place Plat into 3 single-family lots north of NW “B” Street and East of NW 15th Street.
