NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS PROGRAM FY 2025-2026 TO 2029-2030 Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Blue Springs, Jackson County, Missouri, will hold a public hearing on Monday, July 7, 2025 at 6:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers of the Howard L. Brown Public Safety Building, 1100 SW Smith, Blue Springs, Missouri, for the purpose of hearing parties in interest and citizens relative to the adoption of the 2025-26 to 2029-30 Capital Improvements Program (CIP). This document is a multi-year plan for maintenance. equipment replacement and public physical improvements for the community. It sets forth proposed expenditures tor systematically constructing, maintaining, upgrading, and replacing the community's public facilities. Copies of the draft CIP document are available for review in the City Clerk's Office from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday at the City of Blue Springs City Hall located al 903 W. Main Street in downtown Blue Springs. MO.
