Brown Public Safety Facility at 1100 SW Smith Street for the purpose of hearing interested parties and citizens on a request by the applicant, John Overstreet, Tri-County Water Authority, on behalf of the property owner, James Hawes, to rezone the property from AG (Agriculture- County) to SF-12 (Large Lot Single-Family) and approval for a Conditional Use Permit for Major Utility to build a water utility building and ground storage water tanks.
