PUBLIC NOTICE General Development Plan | GDP-12-25-9747 “McAtee Meadows” 707 SW South Avenue Parcel # 36-930-05-36-00-0-00-000 Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Planning Commission of the City of Blue Springs on Monday, February 9, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Howard L. Brown Public Safety Facility at 1100 SW Smith Street for the purpose of hearing interested parties and citizens on a request by the applicant, Chad McAtee, R.C. McAtee Construction, for approval of a General Development Plan for 13 Single-Family Residential Lots located at the Northwest corner of SW South Avenue and SW 7th Street Terrace, to allow a neighborhood development on .88 +/- acres.
