Brown Public Safety Facility at 1100 SW Smith Street for the purpose of hearing interested parties and citizens on a request by the applicant, Bart Fisher, Epic Concrete, on behalf of the property owner, J&M SARAI LLC, for approval of a General Development Plan(GDP-12-25- 9765) to re-plat of Lot 2 and Lot 3 of Casey’s Addition into a single lot, and construct three buildings for general retail and commercial uses.at 2850 NW 7 Hwy.
