Bluffdale City Youth Council Meeting March 7, 2018 (5pm) Welcome by Jacie Pledge of Allegiance by Logan Minutes read from last meeting approved minutes from last meeting Get copies of Bluffdale Letterhead and Youth City Charter -Nancy said she will bring it next time and have copies for everyone available -Take into consideration- officials term is Sept-March maybe do it for 1 year?(amendment) Vote or appoint: • Historian voted and appointed Brooklyn Moore • Secretary/Recorder voted and appointed Abbi Roller • Also decided to vote and appoint Ada Law as the Junior Mayor Protem and Treasurer was voted in as Logan. Activities we want to accomplish as a youth council –maybe bring a friend for the next time, or in near future to expand youth council 1. Daddy Daughter Dance- Calendar and make assignments -possibly advertise in Bluffdale city play in April  -Plan towards May 18th (possibly 19th) -dress up as princesses and involve Bluffdale royalty -Get schedule of state competition for royalty -talk to royalty advisor to see if we can involve royalty in this 2. Bluffdale Town Days -talk to Connie 3. 3. Youth dance for town days: youth night 4. Old West Days Service at Elderly Meal 5. Others?? -Get T-shirts for council. Gray shirts with Bluffdale logo on it? talk to Natalie Hall? Calendaring -Do a leadership activity together with Riverton, maybe a retreat? Next Meeting: March 21st @ 5pm
