Bluffdale City Youth Council Meeting April 18, 2018 (started at 4:15) (Called Nancy she can’t make it today) Welcome by Jacie Pledge of Allegiance Still need copy of Youth City Charter… -Ada will bring a copy of the charter next time. We will get copies made and get it on the website. Activities we have been asked to help with: 1. Shake Out Saturday 11am-1pm help with game -game Jacie and Brooklyn can maybe go the first 45 minutes before going on their dates to MORP 2. Bluffdale Town Days- find out specifics from Connie -possibly be in the parade -be a part of a booth, or help with a booth -get Connie to come to one of our next meetings to see where we can help discuss with her 3. June 2nd Jordan River Parkway celebration- hand out water to racers -Bluffdale 5 miles pit stops for water maybe help…. Calendaring Still want to do Daddy/Daughter Dance? -possibly do it in May, but maybe later since we haven’t gotten on it and that is coming up soon -We need time to plan and COMMUNICATE it out to everyone Time to Advertise it Retreat with Riverton Youth City Council? -Did Nancy Talk with Riverton City Youth Council to do this? Arbor Day plant a tree? -coming fast, April 27th. Ask mayor where we can. Buy a tree. Looked up trees on internet. Next Meeting: May 2nd @ 5pm (meet 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month) Changed to 4 pm
