Youth Council June Agenda 21 June 2022 / 5:00 PM / COMMUNITY ROOM Agenda Activity Follow-up Movie in the Park ❖ Thank you to those who were able to help with Movie in the Park. The scavenger hunt games were a hit! We have been asked to help THIS Friday at 5:30 as well. Please come if you can! Upcoming Events Movie in the Park ❖ THIS Friday, June 24th. Please be there at 5:30 to help. The city is hosting a dog show and screening Clifford. We need a count of those who will be there. Please come if you can! It is at Mount Jordan Park 15090 S Freedom Point Way Bluffdale, UT 84065 Old West Days ❖ City Old west Days is huge for us! Youth Council will be working concessions at the Rodeo on July 29th and 30th as well as Old West Days on August 13th. We are raising money for our council! Old West Days Events include: ➢ Rodeo on July 29th and 30th ➢ Family Fun night on August 8th ➢ Family Fun Rodeo on August 9th ➢ Youth Nite on August 10th ➢ Parade on August 13th ➢ Monster Truck show on August 13th ➢ Lip Sync Competition August 13th ➢ Chalk Art on August 13th For more info on Old West Days, go to bluffdaleoldwestdays.com Concessions ❖ Rodeo on July 29th and 30th and Old West Days on August 13th. We need parent volunteers, people with food handler permits, and attendance commitments! Parade ❖ The parade takes place the morning of August 13th. We need a float theme and scheduled time to build.
