CITY OF BLUFFDALE 2017 MEETING SCHEDULES Pursuant to § 52-4-202(2) Utah Code Annotated, the City of Bluffdale hereby gives notice of the following meeting schedules for the Year 2017: City Council Meetings are held generally on the second and fourth Wednesday of each month beginning at 6:30 p.m. at the Bluffdale City Fire Station, located at 14350 South 2200 West, Bluffdale, Utah. Starting in April 2017, Meetings will be held at the Bluffdale City Hall, 2222 West 14400 South, Bluffdale, Utah. Planning Commission Meetings are held generally on the first and third Wednesday of each month beginning at 7:00 p.m. at the Bluffdale City Fire Station, located at 14350 South 2200 West, Bluffdale, Utah. Starting in April 2017, Meetings will be held at the Bluffdale City Hall, 2222 West 14400 South, Bluffdale, Utah. Board of Adjustment Meetings are held on an as needed basis, with meetings to begin generally at 6:00 p.m., at the Bluffdale City Fire Station, located at 14350 South 2200 West, Bluffdale, Utah. Starting in April 2017, Meetings will be held at the Bluffdale City Hall, 2222 West 14400 South, Bluffdale, Utah. The Local Building Authority Meetings, the Redevelopment Agency Meetings, Special and/or Emergency Meetings, in addition to those specified , may be held as circumstances require. Best practicable notice will be given for such meetings. Meetings may be canceled; however, best practicable notice will be given for canceled meetings. Meetings will not be held on a State or Federal Holiday or on an Election Day. All meetings are open to the public unless closed, pursuant to the applicable provisions of the Utah Open and Public Meetings Act. The City Office is an accessible facility. Individuals needing special accommodations or assistance during this meeting shall notify the City Recorder’s Office at 801-254-2200, at least two business days in advance of the meeting. Wendy L.
