Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the City of Bluffdale Board of Adjustment on Tuesday, January 24, 2017, at the Bluffdale Justice Court, 14175 South Redwood Road, Bluffdale, Utah, for the purpose of receiving public comment on the following application: • Request the granting of a variance to locate a shed within the required side and rear yard setbacks of a home located at 14902 S Castle Valley Dr, Neal Gatherum, Applicant.
