Notice is hereby given that public hearings will be held before the Planning Commission on Wednesday March 1, 2017, and City Council on Wednesday, March 8, 2017, at the Bluffdale Fire Station, 14350 South 2200 West, Bluffdale, Utah, for the purpose of receiving public comment on the following application: • Amend the Land Use Element of the General Plan from Neighborhood Commercial to Commercial and the Zoning Map from R-1-10 Residential to GC-1 General Commercial for approximately 1.662 acres, more or less, located at approximately 13944-13962 S Redwood Road, Maverik, Inc., Applicant. The hearings are scheduled in connection with regularly scheduled meetings of the Planning Commission which will begin at 7:00 p.m. and the City Council which will begin at 6:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible.
