NOTICE OF INTENT TO ADOPT AN IMPACT FEE FACILITIES PLAN AND TO ADOPT AN IMPACT FEE ANALYSIS FOR PARKS & RECREATION, STORM DRAINAGE, CULINARY WATER, SECONDARY WATER, PUBLIC SAFETY, AND TRANSPORTATION The City of Bluffdale, a municipal corporation of the State of Utah, located in Salt Lake and Utah County, intends to adopt impact fee facilities plans and to adopt impact fee analyses for the following facilities: parks and recreation, storm drainage, culinary water, secondary water, public safety, and transportation. Pursuant to the requirements of Utah Code Ann. 11-36a-502 and -504, notice is hereby given of the City of Bluffdale’s intent to adopt such impact fee facilities plans and impact fee analyses. A public hearing is scheduled for March 28, 2018, at 6:30 pm, or as soon thereafter as possible, at the Bluffdale City Hall located at 2222 West 14400 South, Bluffdale, Utah. You are hereby invited to provide comment on the proposed plans and analyses. A copy of the plans and analyses are available for inspection in the office of the City Recorder and on the City’s website, www.bluffdale.com.
