NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that public hearings will be held before the Bluffdale City Planning Commission on Wednesday, September 19, 2018, which will begin at 6:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible and before the Bluffdale City Council on Wednesday, September 26, 2018, which will begin at 6:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible at the Bluffdale City Hall, 2222 West 14400 South, Bluffdale, Utah, for the purpose of receiving public comment on proposed ordinance text amendments to Chapter 11-2: “Definitions” to revise and establish definitions of terms used throughout the city’s land use ordinances as well as amendments to Chapter 11-35: “Land Use Tables” to revise the existing non-residential land use table and to establish a land use table for residential uses along with other related administrative items (Application 2018-38). The hearings are scheduled in connection with regularly scheduled meetings of the Bluffdale City Planning Commission and City Council. If you are unable to attend the meetings in person yet still want to provide your comments you may do so via mail or email. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing assistance or other services for this meeting should contact Bluffdale City Hall at least 24 hours in advance of such meeting at 801.254.2200.
