Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held before the Bluffdale Planning Commission on Wednesday, February 20, 2019, at 6:30 p.m. and before the City Council on Wednesday, February 27, 2019, at 7:00 p.m. at the Bluffdale City Hall, 2222 West 14400 South, Bluffdale, Utah, for the purpose of receiving public comment on the following:  Proposed Bluffdale City Zoning Map Amendment for 2.61 acres zoned SG-1 Sand and Gravel to HC Heavy Commercial to allow a retail sales office and yard associated with an allowed concrete block production plant located at approximately 15200 South Pony Express Road; Geneva Rock Products, Inc., applicant. The hearing is scheduled in connection with a regularly scheduled meeting of the Bluffdale City Planning Commission and City Council.
