Notice is hereby given that public hearings will be held before the Bluffdale City Planning Commission on Wednesday, March 6, 2019, at 6:30 p.m. and before the Bluffdale City Council on Wednesday, March 13, 2019, at 7:00 p.m. at the Bluffdale City Hall, 2222 West 14400 South, Bluffdale, Utah, for the purpose of receiving public comment on the following:  Proposed amendment to the Bluffdale City General Plan Land Use Map for 1.69 acres located at approximately 13906 South Redwood Road and 13894 South Redwood Road from Neighborhood Commercial to Commercial; Reel Development, LLC, applicant, and;  Proposed amendment to the Official Zoning Map for 1.69 acres located at approximately 13906 South Redwood Road and 13894 South Redwood Road from R-1-10 Residential to General Commercial (GC-1); Reel Development, LLC, applicant. The hearings are scheduled in connection with the regularly scheduled meetings of the Bluffdale City Planning Commission and Bluffdale City Council.
