REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS TO PROVIDE IMPACT FEE FACILITY PLAN & IMPACT FEE ANALYSIS REVIEW CITY OF BLUFFDALE The City of Bluffdale is preparing an impact fee facility plan and impact fee analysis internally. The CITY is requesting an outside financial professional familiar with the Utah Impact Fee Act (“Act”), Title 11, Chapter 36a, Utah Code, to provide review and oversight of the CITY’s internal preparation.
