NOTICE OF PROPOSED TAX INCREASE BLUFFDALE CITY The BLUFFDALE CITY is proposing to increase its property tax revenue. - The BLUFFDALE CITY tax on a $466,000 residence would increase from $408.03 to $456.98, which is $48.95 per year. - The BLUFFDALE CITY tax on a $466,000 business would increase from $741.87 to $830.88, which is $89.01 per year. - If the proposed budget is approved, BLUFFDALE CITY would increase its property tax budgeted revenue by 12.31% above last year's property tax budgeted revenue excluding eligible new growth.
