Notice is hereby given that an electronic public hearing will be held before the Bluffdale City Planning Commission on Wednesday, April 15, 2020 which will begin at 6:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible and before the Bluffdale City Council on Wednesday, April 22, 2020 which will begin at 6:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible for the purpose of receiving public comment on the following Land Use Applications: Applicant(s): Stonefly Development Corp. Application #: 2020-14 Application Name: General Plan Amendment and Zoning Map Amendment General Plan: From Very Low Density Residential to Low Density Residential Zoning: From R-1-43 Residential to R-1-10 I-O (Infill Overlay) Residential Location: Approximately 14135 South Loumis Parkway Request: To amend the City of Bluffdale General Plan Map and Zoning Map for 8.67 acres for a proposed project for dwelling units up to 3 units per acre. The hearings are scheduled in connection with regularly scheduled electronic meetings of the Bluffdale City Planning Commission and City Council.
