REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS City of Bluffdale Landscaping Design-Build Services For Right-of-Way Areas The City of Bluffdale is seeking proposals from qualified Landscaping Service Companies to provide design and construction services for areas within City properties and right of way, for park strips and parks restoration and irrigation. Overview: Prepare, in consultation with the City, detailed landscaping plans including trees, bushes, plants, other planting materials, cobble rocks, irrigation systems and other materials implementing water wise and low maintenance practices to enhance the streetscape. Following approval of the concept, the Contractor will complete the installation. This Landscaping Design-Build Services contract is an annual contract renewable for up to five years.
