Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held before the Bluffdale City Planning Commission on Wednesday, September 15, 2021, at 6:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible and before the Bluffdale City Council on Wednesday, September 22, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible at the Bluffdale City Hall, 2222 West 14400 South, Bluffdale, Utah, for the purpose of receiving public comment on the following: Applicant(s): LH Perry Investments LLC Application #: 2021-31 Application Name: SD-X The Centrum at Bluffdale Special District (SD) General Plan: Mixed Use Zoning: Mixed Use (w/Associated Development Agreement) Location: SW Corner of 14600 South and Porter Rockwell Boulevard Request: Proposed amendments to the Bluffdale City Land Use Ordinance, Title 11, Chapter 11.110.120, Special Purpose and Overlay Zones, to create a new zoning ordinance chapter and map designation from Mixed Use to SD-X The Centrum at Bluffdale Special District for 236 residential apartment units along with various commercial uses, including the associated development and design standards for approximately 6.7 acres. The hearing is scheduled in connection with regularly scheduled meeting of the Bluffdale City Planning Commission and City Council.
