NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that a public meeting will be held before the Bluffdale City Planning Commission on Wednesday April 20, 2022 which will begin at 6:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible and a public meeting before the Bluffdale City Council on Wednesday, April 27, 2022, which will begin at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible, at the Bluffdale City Hall located at 2222 West 14400 South for the purpose of receiving public comment on proposed ordinance text amendments to Bluffdale City Codes 11.20 (Definitions) and 11.11.070 (Mixed Use Zone) to allow a “property management firms sales/leasing office” in a residential area in the mixed use zoning district, Banner Hill LLC, Applicants. In addition to attendance at the meetings in person, if you have any comments or concerns, there are several additional ways to participate: 1.
