NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the Bluffdale City Planning Commission on Wednesday October 5, 2022, at Bluffdale City Hall, 2222 W 14400 S, which will begin at 6:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible for the purpose of receiving public comment on proposed ordinance text amendments to Bluffdale City Land Use Code sections 11.20 (Definitions), 11.160 (Supplementary Provisions), and 11.80 (Residential Zones) to update the standards related to allowed locations for small accessory buildings and structures. To submit comments or get additional information, there are several additional ways to participate: 1. View meeting on the City’s website at www.bluffdale.com. 2. Attend the public meeting. 3. Email your comments to planningmeetingcomment@bluffdale.com for the Planning Commission and reference the application in the subject line of the email. 4. Mailed written comments will also be accepted prior to the meeting.
