NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held before the Bluffdale City Planning Commission at a regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, December 7, 2022, at 6:00 p.m. at the Bluffdale City Hall, 2222 West 14400 South, Bluffdale, Utah, for the purpose of receiving public comment on proposed text amendments to the Bluffdale City Land Use Ordinances 11.160.180 (c)(2) for shared driveways to allow “access to a maximum of three (3) lots or parcels”, Olin VanDerWatt, Applicant. In addition to attendance in person, if you have any comments or concerns, there are several additional ways to participate in the meeting as follows: 1.
