CITY OF BLUFFDALE REQUEST FOR BIDS FIRE FLOW DEFICIENCIES PROJECT Project No. COB22001WS The City of Bluffdale hereby requests bids from qualified firms to furnish all labor, equipment and materials required to complete the Fire Flow Deficiencies project. Bids are to be submitted electronically through a secure mailbox on the U3P website until 2:00 p.m. (local time), January 13, 2023. Bid includes all resources and incidentals for the Installation of approximately 3,500 linear feet of 8- Inch PVC waterline along with fittings and appurtenances. Work also includes switching over existing water services, installation of new laterals, tying over existing fire hydrants, and full asphalt pavement restoration along with rotomill and overlay. A copy of the Request for Bids can be obtained from the U3P website at http://bids.sciquest.com/apps/Router/PublicEvent?CustomerOrg=StateOfUtah, Project No. COB22001WS All updates, including addendums and answers to inquiries will be made on U3P. All questions must be asked through the U3P site. The Contractor is responsible for getting all the updates on U3P before bidding the project. All BIDDERS are required to have payment and performance bonds underwritten by a Surety Company approved by the U.S. Department of the Treasury. (Circular 570, latest edition).
