Chairman Ben Adam asked for a verbal roll call.

Chairman Ben Adam called the Historic Landmark Commission to order
at 5:31 p.m.

3. PUBLIC COMMENTS: This is the opportunity for visitors and guests to address the
Historic Landmark Commission on any issue. The Historic Landmark Commission may

Travis Roberson, representative of property owner, explained reasons
for requesting demolition.
Nancy Drukker, property owner, spoke regarding building a new
structure in place of existing structure.
5.B. 2020-302 CONSIDER THE DEMOLITION OF A STRUCTURE LOCATED AT
REGENT PARK, KAD NO. 298481. (REGENT PARK HOMEOWNERS
ASSOCIATION, INC.)
Patrick Murphy, representative of property owner, explained reasons for
demolition request.
Kira Swanson, resident at 138 Telford Way Drive, spoke in opposition of

FOR NANCYE DRUKKER)

COMMISSIONER STEPHEN KERR, TO APPROVE THE DEMOLITION OF A

HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC)
Jesse Aguirre, Director of Code Compliance, explained his determination
that the structure is not a danger to the community.
Ms. Laura Talley explained that Staff's opinion is to preserve the
structure and make it useable to the community. Staff's
recommendation is to deny the demolition.

BY COMMISSIONER CALI REDD, TO MAKE A RECOMMENDATION TO CITY
COUNCIL TO DENY THE DEMOLITION OF A STRUCTURE LOCATED AT

ASSOCIATION, INC). THE MOTION CARRIED BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE:
