ITEMS FOR DISCUSSION a. Unified Development Code (UDC) Open House: Over a year ago, the City initiated an overhaul of the Master Plan that offers the City and residents a vision of what we desire. The UDC development is the first step in implementing the Master Plan’s action items that provide control and predictability over future development that we all desire. The City is presenting an overview of the benefits, process and timeline of the UDC. 3.
