MEETING (SITE VISIT) OF JANUARY 8, 2024 AT 5:00 P.M.
PRESENT: VICE CHAIR LUCAS HILER, COMMISSIONER BILL BIRD,
COMMISSIONER BOB CATES, COMMISSIONER TERRY LEMOINE,
COMMISSIONER CARLOS VECINO

1. CALL TO ORDER - 5:00 PM
Vice Chair Lucas Hiler called the Planning and Zoning Commission to
order at 5:00 p.m.
2. PUBLIC COMMENTS: THIS IS THE OPPORTUNITY FOR VISITORS AND GUESTS TO
ADDRESS THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION ON ANY ISSUE. THE PLANNING
AND ZONING COMMISSION MAY NOT DISCUSS ANY PRESENTED ISSUE, NOR MAY ANY
ACTION BE TAKEN ON ANY ISSUE AT THIS TIME. (ATTORNEY GENERAL OPINION –

Planning and Zoning Commission Official Meeting Minutes January 8, 2024
Jeff Carroll, Director of Engineering and Mobility, gave a brief overview of
the history of the park, onsite drainage, riparian buffers and related
regulations (old and new) regarding drainageway protection zones (DPZ).
No action taken.

Vice Chair Lucas Hiler adjourned the Planning and Zoning Commission at
5:17 p.m.
