DRH25-00378 / Minarik Architecture 2521 W Victory Rd Public work session to satisfy conditions of approval to construct a new multi-family residential development with 300 units in 15 buildings with a clubhouse and resident amenities on property in a R-3/DA (Residential: Urban with a Development Agreement) zone.
