Second reading and public hearing of the following Zoning Ordinance: Bonita Grande Drive Mixed-Use Planned Development (MPD) : A Zoning Ordinance of the City of Bonita Springs to rezone 67.5 +/- acres from Commercial Planned Development (CPD) to a Mixed-Use Planned Development (MPD) to allow for a maximum of 482 multi-family dwelling units (inclusive of an Assisted Living Facility) and a 165-room hotel at a maximum building height of 65 feet/6 habitable floors; and up to 315,000 square feet of commercial/retail at a maximum building height of 55 feet/5 habitable floors at the northwest intersection of Bonita Beach Road and Bonita Grande Drive, Bonita Springs, FL 34135; providing for an effective date.
