Present: Staff: Kathy McGrath Matt Feeney David Schmitt Paul Sheldon Robert Bornstein Chuck Homolka Ill. APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF October 21, 2021: Board member motioned to approve. Motion was seconded. Motion passed unanimously. IV. PUBLIC COMMENT: Meeting attended by non-committee members Doug Gilliam and Angie Gilliam to discuss Imperial Harbor lighting. V. OLD BUSINESS: Florida Power & Light has issued a Work Order for a street light install on Pine Lake Rd. I VI. NEW BUSINESS: Doug Gillian would like to see additional street lights within Imperial Harbor. He said the residents are older and they would like the intersections within their community lighted. David Schmidt said he drove the area and the intersections are difficult to feed power. Streets are narrow and two-way and lighting is adequate for the size of the community. Consensus is to refer this to Tracy MacFarlane of FPL. VII. MEMBER ITEMS: A board member discussed the issue of LED Street Signs not being backlit. He contacted Lee County, they have not addressed the issue. He also inquired about a downed light on Old 41 Rd and Strike Ln. Light has been down since November 2011. David Schmidt said this is likely the result of supply chain issues.  Bob Bornstein discussed the street light issue on the eastern section of Bonita Beach Rd. Matt Feeney explained, this is a Community Development issue tied to a land Development Code. The builder did not submit a lighting plan when subdivision was built. Bonita Beach Rd CCD contracted directly with FPL. Bonita Beach Rd is maintained by Lee County. VIII. NEXT MEETING: The next meeting is tentatively scheduled for April 21, 2022. IX. ADJOURNMENT.
