CITY OF BORDENTOWN PLANNING BOARD REORGINATION MONTHLY MEETING MAY 6, 2024 The City of Bordentown Planning Board held their regular monthly meeting on Monday evening, May 6, 2024, at the Carslake Community Center, 207 Crosswicks Street, Bordentown City, New Jersey. Chairman Haney called the meeting to order at 7:00 PM then followed by the of Allegiance. Chairman Haney read the Open Public Meeting Act and the Secretary was directed that it be entered into the minutes that the meeting was being held in compliance. The following Board members were in attendance Mr. Malone, Mr. Antozzeski, Mr. Kennedy, Ms. Robinson, Ms. Haney, Mr. Edwards, Ms. Murphy, and Mr. Advani. Absent Board Members were Mayor Sciortino and Mr. Braz. Board Professionals present, Sara R. Werner, Esq., Prime & Tuvel. Board Professionals absent, William Long, PE, Alaimo Engineering and Charles Latini, PP, L & G Planning. Mr. Malone motioned to approve the minutes from the regular monthly meeting held on April 1, 2024, seconded by Mr. Edwards, all eligible members were in favor. Mr. Malone motioned to Adopt Resolution 2024-10 PBAZ 2023-07/The Spot Bordentown LLC/1 East Park Street/Site Plan Application, the motion was seconded by Mr. Edwards. ROLL CALL: IN FAVOR: Mr. Malone -Yes Mr. Kennedy -Yes Ms. Robinson -Yes Mr. Edwards -Yes Ms. Murphy -Yes Mr. Advani -Yes OPPOSED: None ABSTAINED: Mr. Antozzeski Chairman Ms. Haney then stated that the next item on the agenda the Discussion to Establish a set Date and Time for Development Review Committee Meetings. The discussion was having the meetings on the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 3:00 pm. Chairman Ms. Haney open the meeting to the public for any comments. There being no further business to come before the Board, Chairman Ms. Haney motioned to adjourn, seconded by Mr. Malone all were in favor, the meeting was then adjourned at 7:45 PM.
