B. Introduction: Welcome to the Board of Adjustments Meeting which falls
under the Metropolitan Planning Commission for Bossier City and Bossier
Parish. This board is appointed by the Bossier City Council and the
Bossier Parish Police Jury. It serves voluntarily without compensation.
C. Public Hearings:
1. BOA P-5-17 - The application of AEP SWEPCO for a special exception
use for an electric substation located at Cardnell Road at Swan Lake
Road, Bossier Parish, Louisiana.
