Introduction: Welcome to the Board of Adjustments Meeting which falls under the Metropolitan Planning Commission for Bossier City and Bossier Parish. This board is appointed by the Bossier City Council and the Bossier Parish Police Jury. It serves voluntarily without compensation. C. Public Hearings: 1. BOA P-2-20 – The application of Timothy Nock requesting a side yard setback variance for a proposed residence to be located at 601 Luke’s Landing, Bossier City, Louisiana. (located on the northeast corner of Caplis Sligo and Luke Landing) 2. BOA P-3-20 – The application of Andrew Craig, Mohr & Associates requesting a rear yard setback variance for Crawford Farms, a proposed produce business, to be located at 4819 Benton Road, Bossier City, Louisiana.
