Adopt an Ordinance declaring that an emergency did exist in the City of Bossier City which affected property, public health, and safety due to a Sewer Main Collapse at the intersection of Airline Drive and Highway 80. Adopt an Ordinance declaring that an emergency did exist in the City of Bossier City which affected property, public health and safety due to a Water Main Break at Benton Road and Vanceville Road.
