Unfinished Business 1.) Adopt an Ordinance to appropriate an additional $185,000 to come from the River Boat Gaming Capital Improvements Fund to be used to supplement the $3.3 Million already appropriated for design and survey of the Walter O. Bigby Carriageway. (Final Reading) (Hudson) 2.) Adopt an Ordinance declaring the Ft. Smith Pool and Pool House building surplus and authorizing the demolition of the pool and pool house building and the re-authorization of $75,000 from the 2016 Capital Funds for this use. (Final Reading) (Glorioso) 3.) Adopt an Ordinance to appropriate funds for the construction cost for the Northeast Waste Water Treatment Plant (NE WWTP) Upgrade Project for an estimated cost of $14,000,000 funds to come from the 2017 LDEQ Loan CS-221103-03 and the 2014 Utility Bond. (Final Reading) (Glorioso) 4.) Adopt an Ordinance to limit vehicle access into Beauclaire Subdivision, Bossier City, LA (Final Reading) (Marsiglia) X. New Business - 1.) Adopt Zoning Ordinance (First and Final Reading) (Favorable by MPC) Petitioner: Benjamin Pattillo, Flying Heart Brewing Location: 700 Barksdale Blvd., Bossier City, Louisiana Request: Conditional Use Approval for the sale of high content alcohol for on premise consumption at a restaurant. 2.) Introduce an Ordinance to declare certain movable equipment owned by the City of Bossier City as surplus to the City's need and to authorize the donation of to the Bossier Parish Community College's Communications and Performing Arts Department. (First Reading) (Glorioso) 3.) Introduce an Ordinance to appropriate $2.55 Million Dollars from the 2018 General Fund, Fund Balance and each of the respective Enterprise Funds providing City Services for salary and benefit increases for Police, Fire and all other City Employees and an additional identical benefit shall be provided upon the funding of the Municipal Police and Fire Pension liabilities by the 1/2% Sales and Use Tax of 1982, to Police, Fire and all other City employees from the said Sales Tax Revenue and each of the respective Enterprise Funds providing City Services. (First Reading) (Montgomery and Larkin) 4.) Introduce an Ordinance to establish the Festival Plaza Region. (First Reading) (Harvey) 5.) Introduce an Ordinance to restore the 1993 Landscape Beautification Initiative instituted to foster the beautification and care of Bossier City Public Rights of Way, Public Easements and publically owned properties. (First Reading) (Montgomery and Larkin) 6.) Introduce an Ordinance repealing Ordinance No. 2 of 2010 implementing a hiring freeze, wage and salary freeze and promotional freeze. (First Reading) (Montgomery and Larkin) 7.) Adopt a Resolution to fill two vacancies in the Public Works Department. (First and Final Reading) (Neathery) 8.) Approve first and final Change Order for Downtown Street Package an increase of $75,969.10. Total cost of contract with increase $285,304.10. XI. Announcements XII. Adjourn
