1. Adopt an Ordinance authorizing $130,000 to come from the General Fund Balance for
new Tax Software for the Property Tax Department.

2. Adopt an Ordinance to appropriate funds to cover repairs to the Boardwalk Pump Station
for a total of $25,000.00 to come from the Sewer Capital and Contingency Fund.

3. Adopt an Ordinance to amend the 2019 Sewer Maintenance Account in the Sewer
Operating Budget (601-7300-501-2320) by an increase of $75,000.00.

4. Adopt an Ordinance appropriating $1,750,000 (One Million Seven Hundred Fifty
Thousand) from the Sales Tax Capital Improvement Fund and the EMS Capital and
Contingency Fund to purchase a Digital Radio System to replace an analog radio system
for all Non-Public Safety City Departments and to provide a back-up system for the
Bossier City Fire Department and Bossier City Police Department.

1. Hearing to review the recommendation of demolition and removal of a dilapidated
structure located at the following legal address: 2125 Smith Street, Bossier City, LA.

2. Adopt Zoning Ordinance

Location: 1.231 acres more or less generally located on the West of Benton Road. And
Benton Road Raceway Market, in the Northern portion of Diamond B Subdivision,
Bossier City, LA
Request: Zoning change from I-2 (Heavy Industrial) and B-3 (General Business) to B-3
(General Business) for a proposed Coffee Shop.
3. Adopt an Ordinance to declare that an emergency did exist in the City of Bossier City
which affected, property, public health and safety due to the requirement for repairs to the
Willow Lake Sewer Main at a cost of $70,000.00 to come from Sewer Capital
Contingency Funds enter into a contract with IPR South Central for completion of work.

4. Introduce an Ordinance appropriating $2 Million (Two Million Dollars) from the 2017
Sales Tax Revenue Bond.

5. Introduce an Ordinance to appropriate funds to remove built up debris from raw water
intake for a total of $25,000.00 to come from the Water Capital and Contingency Fund.

8. Introduce an Ordinance authorizing Mayor Lorenz Walker to execute the attached
Municipal Advisor Engagement Letter with Argent Advisors, Inc.
