PROCEEDINGS OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF BOSSIER CITY STATE OF LOUISIANA TAKEN AT BUDGET WORKSHOP SEPTEMBER 1, 2020 The City Council of the City of Bossier City, State of Louisiana, held a Budget Workshop in Council Chambers, 620 Benton Road, Bossier City, Louisiana, September 1, 2020 at 3:35 PM Stacie Fernandez, City Finance Director, went over the 2021 Budgets for the City. She noted that she was requesting to use some of the CARES Act reimbursement to help balance the budget but that there would still be over 1 Million dollars left for future emergencies. Mr. Montgomery praised administration for having budget completed so early and the fact that the City was staying within its means financially even during this pandemic.
