PROCEEDINGS OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE COURT OF BOSSIER CITY
STATE OF LOUISIANA TAKEN AT A REGULAR MEETING
NOVEMBER 9, 2021
The Administrative Court of the City of Bossier City, State of Louisiana, met in Regular session
in Council Chambers, 620 Benton Road, Bossier City, Louisiana, November 9, 2021, at 3:30
PM.
Invocation was given by Council Member Jeffery Darby
Pledge of Allegiance led by Council Member Don Williams
Roll Call as follows:
Present: Honorable, Chairman Don Williams, Honorable Councilors Jeffery Darby, and Scott
Irwin
Also Present: Assistant City Attorney, Richard Ray and City Clerk, Phyllis McGraw

Motion to approve minutes of the September 28, 2021, Administrative Court
proceedings.

Agenda Item called – Hearing to review the recommendation and removal of a dilapidated
structure located at 1268 Dudley Lane, Bossier City, LA
Property Standards Officer Roger Voet went over condition of property and steps leading up to
this hearing. Gahagan Pugh, City appointed attorney, went over steps to contact property
owners. Permits have been pulled to make renovations.

structure located at 1316 Beverly, Bossier City, LA
Property Standards Officer Chris Ferguson went over condition of property and steps leading up
to this hearing. Gahagan Pugh, City appointed attorney, went over steps to contact property
owners. No property owners present at meeting.

Agenda Item called – Blight Hearing for 4724 General Ewell Drive, Bossier City, LA
Property Standards officer, Roger Voet, went over case with Board. Owners have been making
effort to clean up.
