PROCEEDINGS OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE COURT OF BOSSIER CITY
STATE OF LOUISIANA TAKEN AT A REGULAR MEETING
JANUARY 11, 2022
The Administrative Court of the City of Bossier City, State of Louisiana, met January 11, 2022,
at 4:15 PM.
Invocation was given by Council Member Vince Maggio
Pledge of Allegiance led by Council Member Chris Smith
Roll Call as follows:
Present: Honorable, Chairman Don Williams, Honorable Councilors Vince Maggio, and Chris
Smith
Also Present: Assistant City Attorney, Richard Ray and City Clerk, Phyllis McGraw

Motion to approve minutes of the December 14, 2021, Administrative Court proceedings.

Agenda Item called – Hearing to review the recommendation of removal of a dilapidated
structure located at 1268 Dudley Lane, Bossier City, LA
Roger Voet, Property Standards updated board on changes since item was last on the agenda

Motion to continue item to the March 8, 2022 meeting.

Agenda Item called – Hearing to review the recommendation of removal of a dilapidated
structure located at 509 Thompson Street, Bossier City, LA
Roger Voet, Property Standards went over steps taken to get to meeting today. City appointed
attorney Robert Pugh spoke on process in locating and notifying owner. No one present
representing owner.

Agenda Item called – Blight Hearing for 1806 Lake Street, Bossier City, LA
Property Standards, Roger Voet went over condition of property and steps leading up to this
hearing. Property owner Christopher Allen present and asked for a little more time.

Motion to declare all remaining items junk and proceed with cleanup following a
sentence suspension that will end on January 14, 2022.

Agenda Item called – Blight Hearing for 3400 Bistineau Drive, Bossier City, LA
Property Standards, Steve Glass went over condition of property and steps leading up to this
hearing. Property owner Roger Atkins present and asked for a little more time.

Motion to declare all remaining items junk and proceed with cleanup following a sentence
suspension that will end on January 28, 2022.
